  1. How do I sign up for an online course?
    You can sign up for a course by clicking on the tab to register. The form can be found by clicking on Registration on the main navigation menu.
  2. How soon will I get my certification award?
    After you pass the final exam, you can personalize and print out your Certificate of Completion.
  3. Why can I not view the Web site correctly?
    The Web site should be accessible with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome browsers. If you do not have these web browsers, please install them at:
  4. What do I do if I forgot my username and/or password?
    You may reset your password by logging into your account and clicking the manage account link in the navigation bar. Then proceed to the password reset page. Please call the IAPD at (217) 523-4554 if you have forgotten your password and need us to send you a new one. After a quick verification, your username and/or password will be e-mailed to the email you provided during your registration period.
  5. Do I have a certain amount of time before a course must be completed?
    You will have access to the online course for a year from your registration date.
